| 摘 要： | 针对指标体系的多层次性,应用模糊识别原理,结合层次分析确定权重的方法,建立了基于AHP的公路交通现代化多级模糊综合评价模型,并用模型对江汉平原公路交通现代化水平进行了评价,评价结果与现状基本吻合,表明用层次分析法确定权重的多级模糊模型对于各地区交通现代化水平评价具有普遍适用性.

| Abstract: | According to the connotation of transportation modernization,the evaluation system is built up from the aspect of rules and obligations,infrastructure,organization,operation,science and technology contribution,sustainable development. Because of the multi level of index system,this paper applies Blur identification theory and gives the weight approach combined with analytic hierarchy process,in order to build up the multi level blur evaluation model.The method is applied to evaluate the transport modernization of Jianghan Plain.The results coincide with present values.It is shown that multilevel fuzzy model can be widely applied to evaluate the transport modernization in different areas,which determining the weight of factors by analytic hierarchy process. |
