表面裂纹的裂纹张开位移计算

摘    要:本文将线弹簧模型扩展用于计算表面裂纹的裂纹张开位移。应用余能方法以及二维静止单边裂纹的纵剖面假定,得到了半解析形式的单边裂纹的全塑性CM习D、coD及CTOD表达式。采用该方法对受均匀拉仲的半椭圆表面裂纹平板进行了计算,所得弹塑性CTOD与实测值吻合较好。

Abstract:The line-spring model given by Rice is extented to calculate the crack opening displacements of surface cracks. By applying the complementary energy method and the assumption of the profile of single edge crack to the single edge cracked plate, the quasi-analytic fully plastic CMOD, COD and CTOD expressions are obtained. The elastic-plastic CTOD results of semi-elliptical surface cracked plate in tension are calculated. The results are in good agreement with those from experiments.
