摘    要:为进一步探究掺入高性能减水剂对强透水砂卵石地层同步注浆浆液性能的影响规律,在室内配置了6组不同减水剂掺量的配合比进行试验。结果表明:减水剂的掺入能有效改善膨润土导致的浆液过稠、流动度严重不足问题,当减水剂掺量为9.0~10.8 g/L时,不仅浆液的流动度、稠度得到改善,而且还能保持浆液具有较好的抗水分散性。

Experimental Study on Influence of Water Reducing Agent Dosage on Synchronous Grouting Slurry Performance of Shield Tunnel
Abstract:In order to further explore the influence of adding high performance water reducing agent on the performance of synchronous grouting slurry in strong permeable sand and gravel stratum,the mixing ratio of 6 different water reducing agents were conducted indoors. The results show that the addition of water reducing agent can effectively improve the problem of excessive thickening and fluidity caused by bentonite and when the amount of water reducing agent is in the range of 9.0~10.8 g/L, not only the fluidity and consistency of the slurry are improved, but also the slurry has good water dispersibility resistance.
