微生物诱导产物改良红黏土的影响因素试验研究

摘    要:采用微生物菌种巴氏芽孢杆菌和铁细菌,通过将微生物活化、培养,进行两种菌种的微生物生长曲线研究,分别探究改良红黏土的效果,得到其进入稳定增长期的时间。再将微生物培养至稳定增长期加入土体,通过K0固结不排水剪切三轴试验的抗剪强度峰值对比,研究在不同菌液与胶结液配比、土体不同养护温度、养护天数3种因素对土体改良的效果,得到在菌液与胶结液为1∶1、养护温度为30℃、养护5天为最优,并且巴氏芽孢杆菌对红黏土的改良效果优于铁细菌。

Test Study on Factors Influencing Red Clay Modified by Microbe Induced Product
Abstract:The two kinds of microorganism bacteria, Bacillus pasteurii and iron bacteria were used. The growing curves of the two microbes were studied by means of activation and culture, and then the time when the microbes go into the period of steady growing was obtained to explore the improvement effect on red clay respectively. Next, the microbes were added into soil mass when they were cultivated to the period of steady growing. Depending on the comparison of peak shear strength from K0 consolidated undrained triaxial test, how the three factors, the proportioning of bacteria solution and consolidating fluid, the curing temperature of soil mass and the curing days, affect the improvement of soil, was studied. As a result, the optimal conditions are found out that the proportioning of bacteria solution and consolidating fluid is 1:1, the curing temperature is 30℃, and the number of curing days is 5; furthermore, Bacillus pasteurii contributes better effect of improvement than iron bacteria.
