摘    要:为了验证工业废渣复合材料对于膨胀土的稳定处理效果,通过化学组分分析,明确稳定膨胀土作用机理,采用击实试验、膨胀率试验和CBR试验,分析不同掺量稳定膨胀土的击实、膨胀和强度特性变化规律,按照膨胀率和CBR双控原则,确定稳定膨胀土最佳掺量为4.5%,并与相同掺量石灰稳定膨胀土性能进行对比。试验结果表明:随着工业废渣复合材料掺量增加,稳定膨胀土的膨胀率逐渐减小,CBR值逐渐增大。相同掺量下,工业废渣复合材料稳定膨胀土的CBR值高于石灰稳定土,能够满足膨胀土路基稳定处理要求,可以替代石灰用于膨胀土稳定处理。

Application of Industrial Waste Residue Composite Stabilized Expansive Soil
Abstract:In order to verify the stabilization effect of industrial waste composite on expansive soil, the mechanism of stabilization was defined by the analysis of chemical composition, and then with the tests of compaction, swelling ratio and CBR, the change laws of compaction, swelling and strength characteristics of the stabilized expansive soil in different mixing amount were analyzed. According to the principle of double control by swelling ratio and CBR, it was determined that the optimal mixing amount for stabilized expansive soil was 4.5%; furthermore, the comparison with the performance of lime stabilized expansive soil in the same mixing amount was carried out. The test results show that, as the content of industrial waste composite increases, the swelling ratio of stabilized expansive soil gradually decreases and the CBR value thereof gradually increases; in the same mixing amount, industrial waste stabilized expansive soil has larger CBR value than lime stabilized soil, and may meet the stabilization requirement of expansive soil subgrade; industrial waste composite may replace lime stone for expansive soil stabilization due to its obvious technological and economic advantages.
