盾构隧道下穿铁路路基应对措施及安全评估

摘    要:针对武汉轨道交通5号线都武区间下穿武九线铁路路基、武汉站货车外绕线铁路桥梁桩基,为确保穿越安全,分别采取调整盾构掘进施工工艺,设置隔离桩,地面注浆加固等应对措施,并运用有限元数值模拟作安全评估,最后得出盾构隧道下穿铁路施工不影响铁路运营安全的结论。

Discussion on Countermeasures and Safety Assessment of Shield Tunnel Underpassing Railway Subgrade
Abstract:In this paper, combined with the project of Wuhan Rail Transit Line 5 Urban Industrial Park—Wuhan Steel Plant section underpassing the subgrade of Wuhan—Jiulong Railway and the bridge pile of Wuhan Station freight car outer winding railway, in order to ensure the safety of the crossing, the corresponding measures, such as adjusting the shield tunneling construction technology, setting up the isolation pile, adopting the ground grouting reinforcement and so on, are taken to perform a security assessment with the finite element numerical simulation, and it is finally concluded thal the construction of the shield tunnel underpassing the railway does not offect railway operation.
