摘    要:提出一种欠压实填土地基综合处理工艺,即先施工冲击碾压,形成约1.5 m厚的硬壳层,然后施作水泥搅拌桩,两者结合成柔性桩网复合地基结构,可提高地基承载力和减少工后沉降。通过室内土工试验和铺筑路基试验段,取得相关试验和检测数据,研究其工艺机理和适用范围,进行经济分析。认为该工艺技术合理可行,经济效益明显,并提出了五点便于工程应用的建议。

Experimental and Application Research on Soil Filling Foundation Treated by Impact Compaction & Cement Mixing Piles
Abstract:Herein a comprehensive technology to treat undercompacted soil filling foundation was proposed, which at first executes impact compaction to form hard crust in about 1.5 m thick and then erects cement mixing piles to establish flexible pile-net composite foundation to enhance the bearing capacity and reduce the post-construction settlement. By laboratory soil test and paving subgrade test section, the data from the test and the measurement were obtained to study the process mechanism and application range, then to carry out economic analysis. It is considered that the technology is reasonable and feasible with obvious economic benefits, and five pieces of advice are put forward for the convenience of engineering application.
