金属带式无级变速传动速比变化特性研究

摘    要:通过实验方法分析了无级变速传动的动态响应,提出了获取无级变速传动速比变化率的途径,导出了实用的速比变化率计算公式。通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性。应用该公式进行仿真研究,理论计算结果与实验结果具有良好的一致性。研究表明,文中给出的速比变化率计算模型是可行和有效的,具有实用价值。

Abstract:To study the speed ratio changing characteristic of a metal belt continuously variable transmission,the dynamic response of continuously variable transmission is analyzed by experiments,the method of acquiring the changing rate of speed ratio of continuously variable transmission is proposed and the corresponding calculation formulae are derived The correctness of theoretical analysis is validated by experiments The simulation results are in reasonable agreements with the experimental results The study shows that the calculation model for changing rate of speed ratio employed in this paper is effective and feasible with good practicability
