| 摘 要： | 简单分析了电涡流位移传感器特性,设计了电涡流位移传感器标定试验方案,提供了不同曲率半径的传感器标定试验结果,最后给出了车轮形状测量试验的结果与分析。

| Abstract: | Eddy current sensor′s character is simply analyzed.The calibrating experiment scheme that calibrating module are scanned and measured with the eddy current sensor is devised.The results of the calibration experiment on different measured parts of module with eddy current sensor are presented.Finally the analyse and result of experiment about the wheel profile are turned out. |
