船体分段吊装参数的确定

本文给出了确定船体分段在船台上合拢时的吊鼻安装位置、吊绳长度和吊绳与吊鼻受力的公式及其简化形式以及计算图谱。按计算出的这些吊装参数进行分段合拢,可以使分段吊起后具有符合安装要求的角度,从而有利于合拢定位,加快合拢速度。并可以按受力大小合理选择吊鼻,这既能保证安全,又不会造成浪费。

THE DETERMINATION OF HOISTING PARAMETERS FOR SHIP BODY SECTIONS

When Ship body sections are assembled on building berth or in building dock, if the length of hoisting cables and the positions of lifting eyes on the body sections are appropriate, the angles of the sections for assembling will be just right, thus speeding up block assembly and therefore more economical result can be achieved.In this paper, which is based on the establishment of equations for hoisting parameters, by introducing parameter transformation, simplified forms of equations are obtained.By using these formulas and atlases, hoisting parameters of body sections can rapidly and exactly be determined, and so are the lengthes of hoisting cables, the positions of lifting eyes and forces acting on cables and lifting eyes.The seven years practice of using these formulas and atlases in Dalian Shipyard shows that the formulas and atlases put forward in this paper are practical and convenient to apply for such kind of calculations.
