调速型液力偶合器勺管与旋转外壳不干涉优化设计

摘    要:通过简化偶合器勺管与旋转外壳的位置关系,建立勺管与旋转外壳干涉的数学模型,建立优化目标函数和约束条件,编制优化程序及优化处理,将优化结果与实际产品的设计参数进行比较,并将优化结果进行三维建模.结果表明:优化结果正确,优化程序可以应用于系列偶合器优化,为设计提供最优化的设计参数.

Abstract:By simplifying the location relationship of fluid couplings transmit pipe and turning outside-shell and setting up the mathematical model,target function and binding condition,working out optimization programe and the optimized 3D-model,the optimize results and the actual product design parameters were compared.The optimize results show that the optimize results are correct and can be applied to series coupling optimization,and which can provide the optimized design parameters.
