摘    要:1953年对私营米店实行代销店改造,是上海建立城市粮食计划供应制度的第一步.上海市政府根据维持和改造的方针,通过禁止私自经营、制订代销条件和手续、收取代销保证金等办法,将全市的私营米店全部改造成为国营粮食公司的代销店,从而将之纳入到国家计划的轨道之中,保证了国家计划供应制度的顺利实施.

Abstract:The transformation of the private rice shop into the commission agent in 1953 is the first step to establish the Government-controlled Food Supply System in Shanghai.Under the guidelines of maintenance and transformation,the city government has brought the private rice shop into the track of state-controlled by taking measures such as: forbidding businessman to run privately,formulating the conditions of permitted sale and the procedures,taking up the deposits and so on,which have imposed effective insurance to carry out the system of food planned supply smoothly.
