我国建筑业电击事故主要类型与对策

摘    要:建筑业中 ,电击伤亡事故仅次于“高处坠落” ,居第 2位 ,其类型主要包括 :高压电电击、低压电电击、使用手持电动工具触电、雷击等环境因素导致电击。事故原因既有建筑业自身特点以及施工环境安全技术措施不完善造成的客观因素 ,也有因工人文化素质低 ,安全意识差 ,缺乏安全知识和自我防护能力等方面的主观因素。必须要切实加强特种作业人员及相关用电人员的管理 ,建立健全安全管理体系 ,落实防护系统 ,以减少建筑业电击事故的发生

Abstract:In construction industry, fatalities in electrical shock accidents are second to falling from high-rise, whose main type include: high pressure electr ical shock, low voltage electrical shock, shocked when using electrical tools, l ighting shock and other environmental factors; such as self-characteristic const ruction and uncomplimentary safety technology of measures or project environment to some subjective factors such as workers lack of common safety knowledge and self protection. Management of specialized staff and relevant electrical workers should be strict ly strengthened, establishing sound safety managerial system, fulfilling protect ion system in order to minimize electrical shock in construction field.
