排调河一号特大桥中跨合龙顶推控制

摘    要:为了保证高墩大跨度三跨连续刚构桥中跨顺利合龙,需在合龙前进行水平顶推控制,以贵州排调河一号特大桥为工程背景,采用专业桥梁结构分析软件MIDAS建立有限元模型模拟施工过程,以消除墩顶水平位移为原则计算顶推力大小,并就顶推对该桥成桥状态受力性能的影响进行分析;在实际顶推过程中对位移和内力数据进行实时监测,将实测数据与理论计算值进行比较分析,其结果基本一致,表明顶推施工是合理、可靠和有效的,确保了顶推过程中结构的安全。
