摘    要:为了确立热点应力的有效计算方法、获得节点焊缝周围的应力分布规律,以郑州黄河公铁两用钢桁主梁斜拉桥为研究背景,在全桥整体及桥塔与主桁局部结合部位有限元应力分析的基础上,把桥塔焊趾处局部有限元模型作为粗糙模型(原始模型),将中桁上弦顶板与桥塔结合处的焊趾模型从粗糙模型中“萃取”出来,采用外推法计算热点应力集中系数;分析边界条件、网格划分对热点应力集中系数的影响.分析结果表明,边界条件对计算结果影响不明显;网格划分对计算结果影响较大,但网格细化到一定程度以后,由单元划分密度引起的计算结果差异不到0.5%.
