| 摘 要： | 针对涂料涂层质量问题,采取了专业清洁公司整体承包车间保洁、工艺改进、更换生产外材料、加强涂料使用中的监控等系列措施。结果表明,涂料涂膜质量有较大提高,一次合格率得以提高,涂装生产也比较稳定,车身外表面质量达到法国PSA要求的B1550504444M444标准。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the coating quality problem,a series of measures are taken,including employing professional clean company to undertake cleaning the whole workshop,improving the production processes,replacing materials outside production,strengthening the paint usage monitoring,etc.Results show that the coating quality has been improved,first-time qualification rate has been increased and painting production become stable,while the quality of automotive body can be up to French PSA B155050 4444M444 standard. |
