| 摘 要： | 研制了一种新型的全自动钢筋电阻点焊控制器,详细介绍了该控制器的工作原理、硬件电路及控制软件.该控制器以AT89C51为控制核心,在恒压和恒流控制结合的基础上可实现钢筋网焊自动化,并具备网压补偿、焊接电流电压显示、多套规范参数存储、故障自诊断及系统自保护等功能.

| Abstract: | A new type of automatic spot welding controller for reticulate frame made by reinforcing steel bar is introduced, and the working principle, hardware circuit and software of the control are described in detail. This controller is based on single-chip microcomputer AT89C51, and it can realize automatic welding, line voltage compensation, welding current and voltage display through the combining of constant current and voltage supply control with varied sets of standard parameter storages, fault self-diagnostic programs and system self-protection ability. |
