基于Midas/Civil的大体积混凝土温度应力计算及其防裂技术措施

摘    要:广东南澳大桥工程(三标段)东引桥浅水区E34~E39承台为大体积混凝土结构(7.1 m×6.4 m×2.5 m)。基于Midas/Civil2010有限元分析软件对该承台建立大体积混凝土水化热数字分析模型。对无冷却水管和有冷却水管的混凝土内部分别进行温度应力计算,并将计算结果指导于现场施工。应用实例证明,这些技术措施可有效避免混凝土贯穿裂缝的产生,保证大体积混凝土的施工质量。

Abstract:The capping block on E34 - E39 for the east approach (C-section) of Guangdong Nan'ao bridge in shallow water is a mass concrete structure of 7.1 m×6.4 m×2.5 m. Based on the Midas/Civil 2010 finite element analysis software, the hydration heat numerical analysis model of mass concrete pile capping is built. The temperature stress of concrete is calculated separately in concrete with cooling water pipes and without cooling water pipes. And the calculation results are applied to guide the field constructions. The application examples proved that the technical measures could effectively avoid concrete cracking and ensure construction quality of mass concrete.
