摘    要:树脂基纤维增强复合材料(FRP)具有轻质、高强和耐腐蚀等优点,用该材料设计、制造的永久模板同时作为受力构件运用于桥梁工程的实例,国外已有部分研究。介绍纤维增强复合材料作为梁、板、柱构件的模板,在美国圣帕特里西奥Texas FM3284桥梁、美国威斯康星布莱克桥梁和某桁架式军用桥梁以及美国维吉尼亚40号公路桥墩和I-5PGilman斜拉桥工程中的应用实例。实践证明FRP模板与混凝土组合形成复合材料-混凝土组合梁、板、柱构件,充分利用了复合材料良好的受力性能,减少了钢材用量。

Abstract:The resin-based fiber reinforced polymer(FRP) composite has the advantages of lightweight,high strength and corrosion resistance.For the design and fabrication of the stay-in-place formwork using the FRP composite and for applying the formwork as load bearing components in the bridge engineering,some researches have been carried out abroad.In this paper,the FRP composite formwork applied to the beams,slabs and columns and the practical examples of applying the formwork to the Texas FM3284 Bridge,San Patricio,the Blake Bridge and a military truss bridge,Wisconsin and the Route 40 Bridge piers and the I-5P Gilman Cable-Stayed Bridge,Virginia are presented.Practice proves that the fine mechanical behavior of the FRP composite has been fully utilized and the usage amount of steels has been reduced when the beams,slabs and columns combined by the FRP composite formwork and concrete are applied.
