摘    要:根据我国JTJ 302—2006《港口水工建筑物检测与评估技术规范》的使用年限计算公式,估算了最大水灰(胶)比和最小混凝土保护层厚度下钢筋混凝土和预应力混凝土构件的使用年限,同时也给出了按国外标准、规范估算的结果,并以此为基础综合比较了我国规范耐久性规定与国外标准、规范耐久性规定的严格程度。计算结果表明,大部分情况下按港口混凝土规范最低要求计算的混凝土结构耐久寿命都无法达到设计使用年限。但通过比较国内外不同规范的估算结果可得出结论:国外规范的耐久性要求相对较严格,计算的结构使用年限远大于按我国规范的计算结果,其中按美国规范计算的结构使用年限最长,甚至近似高达按我国规范计算值的2倍。

Abstract:Based on the calculation formula of service life of concrete structures in the Technical Specification for Detection and Assessment of Harbour and Marine Structures(JTJ 302-2006),this paper estimates the service life of reinforced concrete and pre-stressed concrete under the conditions of maximum water cement(binder)ratio and minimum concrete cover,and gives out the estimated results according to foreign standards.A comprehensive comparison of the strictness of durability regulation is made utilizing the service life as an index.The result indicates that concrete structure durable life calculated according to minimum requirements of Port concrete code are unable to meet design service life.Comparison estimation results based on codes both at home and abroad show that the durability requirement of foreign codes are more strict,the results of structure service life much more than the results based on our country′s codes,the calculated values of service life on the basis of American Code are longest,even approximate up to 2 times the values according to the our country′s standards.
