新型除冰盐对沥青及沥青混合料的侵蚀试验研究

摘    要:使用新型除冰盐除冰雪后,沥青路面出现沥青软化、沥青膜剥落、混合料松散等新型病害而导致沥青路面耐久性下降。通过室内试验模拟沥青路面受除冰盐侵蚀环境,对沥青结合料性质、沥青-矿料界面黏附状况以及沥青混合料力学强度等指标的测定,分析沥青、沥青-矿料界面及其混合料在不同除冰盐浓度、不同侵蚀时间条件下的性能变化规律。试验结果表明:在新型除冰盐的侵蚀作用下沥青结合料发生软化;沥青与矿料的黏附性下降,出现沥青膜剥落现象;降低沥青混合料的劈裂抗拉强度。通过对比试验可知SBS改性沥青在抵抗除冰盐方面性能要优于基质沥青,微量增加沥青用量对混合料抵抗除冰盐侵蚀性能提高无明显效果。

Abstract:Using new de-icing salt to remove ice and snow makes the durability deterioration of asphalt pavement caused by asphalt softening, exfoliation of asphaltic membranous, unconsolidated mixture, etc. This paper simulates the erosion environment of asphalt pavement, measures the properties of asphalt binder, the adhesion between asphalt and mineral aggregate, the splitting tensile strength of asphalt mixture specimen and other indexes to evaluate the property changes of which in different de-icing salt concentration and erosion time. The results show that the erosion effect of de-icing salt leads to the soft- ening of asphalt, and influences the adhesion of asphalt and aggregates, appears the exfoliation of asphaltic membranous and reduces the splitting tensile strength of asphalt mixture. The contrast tests indicate: modified asphalt is superior to the base asphalt in the de-icing salt resistance, slightly increase the asphalt contents have no positive effect to improve the erosion capacity of de-icing salt.
