海洋平台大型生活区模块吊装方案设计及优化研究

摘    要:海洋平台大型生活区模块整体吊装是其建造过程中一项先进工艺,如何保证其吊装工艺的安全可靠更是一项关键技术。本文以某海洋平台典型生活区模块为例,对其整体吊装方案进行了详细设计,采用有限元法和结构力学相关理论,结合规范对整体吊装强度进行了分析,发现了吊装过程中结构关键部位的薄弱环节,对其进行了吊装方案优化设计,并对优化后的整体结构再次校核分析,验证了吊装优化方案的可行性与准确性,为海洋工程大型模块吊装方案提供了可行的依据。

Abstract:The integral hoisting of the large scale module of the offshore platform is an advanced technology in the construction process, how to ensure the safety and reliability of the hoisting process is still a key technology. This paper takes a typical offshore platform living module as an example, the whole hoisting scheme is designed in detail, using the theory of finite element method and structural mechanics, combining has carried on the analysis to the integral hoisting strength specification, find the weak link of critical parts of the structure in the process of lifting, the lifting scheme optimization design. Checking and analyzing the whole structure optimization again, verifying the feasibility and accuracy of hoisting optimization scheme, providing a feasible basis for the marine engineering large module hoisting scheme.
