| 摘 要： | 我国高职教育以“培养面向生产、建设、管理、服务一线的高技能型人才”为目标，这一目标决定高职学生必须具备一定程度的人际沟通与交往能力。文中从这一目标人手探讨了高职学生人际沟通与交往能力的内涵，以及高职院校如何创新培养学生人际沟通与交往能力的理念与方法问题。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education of our country is aimed at training the talents with higher skills, which determines the requirements for the students with some degree of cooperative and communicative ability. This paper, based on this goal, expounds the connotation of cooperative and communicative ability for higher vocational college students, and the ideas and methods on how to cultivate the cooperative and communicative ability of the students at higher vocational colleges. |
