摘    要:本研究通过文献梳理、招聘广告分析、深度访谈及问卷调查相结合的方式,运用SPSS17.0统计软件对搜集到的66家企业数据进行探索性因子分析,发现企业对高职人才能力的需求由认知能力、学习能力、思维能力、创新能力、实践能力、心理调适能力等6个一级维度和28个具体的二级测评项目构成,并构建了企业需求视角下的高职人才能力结构模型。

Abstract:In combination with literature review, analysis of recruitment advertisement and depth interviews and questionnaire, we collect the data of needs for higher vocational students' ability from 66 companies. Processed in SPSS 17.0, this study finds that enterprises' demand consists of 6 primary dimensions, including abilities in cognition, learning, thinking, innovation, practice and mental adjustment, and 28 specific secondary assessment items. An ability structure model is, thus, constructed with reliability and validity.
