Abstract:To promote the professional development of vocational teachers, refine the vocational teacher training mechanism, and build a high-level teaching staff with dual-qualifications, an effective collaborative innovation mechanism should be established in vocational colleges by introducing national policies, deepening school-enterprise cooperation and improving teachers' awareness and ability in their individual professional development.
