泡沫温拌沥青路面技术在江苏高速公路养护工程的应用

近年来,沥青混合料温拌技术因具有节能减排、绿色环保等优势而受到国内外公路界的广泛关注。泡沫温拌技术是近几年兴起的一项新的温拌技术,无需添加任何化学添加剂,成本优势明显,施工温度降低幅度和节能减排效果显著,是真正意义上的“绿色、低碳”筑路技术。本文结合该项技术的国内研究现状,从该技术的发展历程、研究成果以及技术应用评价,对泡沫温拌沥青路面技术在江苏省高速公路养护中的应用进行总体评价。

Application of Foam Warm mix Asphalt Pavement Technology in Expressway Maintenance in Jiangsu

In recent years,warm mixing technology of asphalt mixture has attracted widespread attention of highway circles at home and abroad because of its advantages of energy saving,emission reduction and environmental protection.Foam warm mix technology is a new warm mixing technology that has arisen in recent years.Without adding any chemical additives, the cost advantage is obvious.The construction temperature decreases and the energy saving and emission reduction effect is remarkable.It is the green and low carbon road building technology in the true sense.Combined with the domestic research status of the technology,the overall evaluation of the application of foam warm mix asphalt pavement technology in Jiangsu expressway maintenance is made from the development history,research results and evaluation of the technology application in Jiangsu expressway.
