摘    要:水泥在水化过程会释放大量的水化热,在大体积混凝土施工中,由于混凝土一次浇筑方量大,且因结构断面厚而散热面小,使混凝土内部升温快,造成内外温差大而出现温度裂缝,直接会影响混凝土结构质量。本文以津唐运河滨河北大街桥承台及桥墩大体积混凝土施工为例,简要介绍施工中采取的降温措施及技术保障,以供同行参考。

Abstract:In the process of hydration,cement will release a large amount of hydration heat.In the construction of mass concrete, due to the large amount of concrete pouring,and the small heat dissipation surface due to the thick section of the structure,the internal heating of the concrete is fast,resulting in large temperature difference between the inside and the outside.The occurrence of temperature cracks directly affects the quality of the concrete structure.This paper takes the Jintai Canal Binhe North Street Bridge Caps and Bridge Pier Mass Concrete Construction as an example,briefly introduces the cooling measures and technical guarantees adopted during the construction for reference by peers.
