沉管隧道钢端壳安装精度控制

摘    要:为了采集到最接近钢端壳面板与翼板真实姿态的数据,保证钢端壳翼板与面板平面上的任意一点能够满足设计精度,结合广州生物岛-大学城隧道管段钢端壳施工实例,对钢端壳安装焊接施工工艺的经验与教训进行总结。通过采用精密的测量,恰当的焊接安装工艺,配以足够频率的测量监测,可实现在现场进行大型钢构件mm级精度的精密焊接安装。

Abstract:The lessons and experience learned in the installation of the steel end shells of Shengwudao-Daxuecheng im- mersed tunnel in Guangzhou are summarized. It is concluded that the installation of large steel members with the milli- meter level accuracy can be realized by means of accurate measurement, correct welding and installation technology and enough monitoring.
