摘    要:盾构机密封舱压力控制对有效控制地表变形和保证隧道的安全施工以及节能非常重要。系统回顾盾构机密封舱压力优化设置方法和土层力学参数识别方法,重点讨论盾构机密封舱压力优化控制方法,研究盾构机密封舱土压力非线性控制模型建模和模型参数辨识问题。同时指出,可将螺旋输送机的旋转速度和盾构机的推进速度作为可控变量,采用优化算法提高盾构机土舱压力的自适应控制能力。

Abstract:The control of the chamber pressure in shield tunneling is of great importance for the effective control of the ground surface settlement,the ensuring of the tunneling safety and the energy saving.The optimum selection procedures of the chamber pressure and the identification approaches for the mechanical parameters of soil strata are systematically reviewed.The optimmum control methods for the chamber pressure is discussed in detail.The nonlinear control model of the chamber pressure and the identification of the model parameters are proposed respectively.Furthermore,it is proposed that the rotation speed of the screw conveyor and the advance speed of the shield machine should be adopted as controlled variables and the optimised algorithms should be used so as to improve the self-adaptibility and self-controlability of the chamber pressure of shield machines.
