高深埋小曲线段盾构过中间风井施工技术

摘    要:为解决泥水平衡盾构机在高深埋、高水压、小曲线半径工况下,盾构机沿曲线轨迹直接掘进中间穿越风井技术难题,以武汉地铁二号线越江隧道工程盾构机在350m小曲线上连续掘进穿越中间风井为例,通过方案优化,制订切实可行的对策,采用切线进洞和补偿法出洞、合理控制掘进参数、把控管片拼装质量等方法,安全顺利地完成盾构穿越中间风井施工,以期为今后类似工程施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:Specific retaining structures and water intercepting assistant technologies are adopted on basis of the different environment conditions,so as to achieve rapid,safe and successful construction of the deep foundation pit.In the end,the rigidity of the retaining structure is improved,the water leakage of the foundation pit is brought into control,the safety of the surrounding environment and the foundation pit is guaranteed and rapid and safe construction of the foundation pit is achieved.
