摘    要:利用覆盖拉延件成形过程的FEM分析结果,提出一种基于坐标变换和局部坐标不变性的毛坯反推算法,推导了反算公式,并给出可快速确定点所属单元的新算法。当使FEM输出中间网格数据后,该算法可用于h法和p法自适应网格划分。最后使用LS-DYNA950对方盒深冲作h法自适应分析为例验证本算法,结果表明该方法可以较精确地预测出板料毛坯形状。

Abstract:Using the result of FEM simulation for sheet metal forming analysis, a new method to determine the blank shape was developed, based on invariability of local coordinates and coordinates transformation, and the corresponding formulas were derived. To find the element which contain a given analysis was obtained, this method can be used to predict the blank shape with adaptive finite element analysis using h method or p method. As an example, the blank shape of a quadrate box was calculated by simulation with h method adaptive finite element analysis in LS-DYNA950. The result proved the feasibility and the effectiveness of the method.
