| 摘 要： | 结合工程实践,探讨了沥青混凝土搅拌设备配料稳定性的试验方法及评价方法,分析了配料稳定性与沥青含量偏差之间的关系.结果表明沥青搅拌设备配料计量系统经过静态标定校准,并认为动态示值准确可靠,那么利用动态示值的波动来考核配料稳定性不失为一种切实可行的方法.由此可以揭示配料稳定性的一般规律,并深入理解配料稳定性对沥青含量偏差的影响程度.

| Abstract: | The experimental methods of proportioning stabilization for asphalt concrete mixing plant are discussed according to practical projects. The relation between the stabilization and deviation of bituminous content are analyzed. The results reveal that it is a possible method to verify the proportioning stabilization using dynamic indication values when the static calibration have been done and the dynamic indication values are reliable. As a result, the general rules about proportioning stabilization can be revealed. The influences of proportioning stabilization on the deviation of bituminous content are presented. |
