26.5R25全钢工程子午线翻新轮胎结构及翻新工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了26.5R25全钢工程子午线翻新轮胎的结构设计及施工设计。结构设计:充气外直径为1750 mm,外直径为1738 mm,充气后轮胎外直径膨胀率为1.007,充气断面宽为686 mm,断面宽为673 mm,行驶面宽度为565mm,断面宽膨胀率为1.019,断面高为551.5mm,行驶面高为27mm,胎圈着合直径为635mm,胎圈着合宽度为564mm,断面水平轴位置为1.20,预硫化胎面基部胶厚度为40mm,花纹沟深度为40mm,花纹饱和度为65%,缓冲胶厚度为2mm。施工设计:带束层1~4层均采用3+8×0.38HT钢丝帘线,5层采用1×5×0.38HI钢丝帘线,胎体层采用单层0.20+18×0.18HT的全钢丝帘布结构,钢丝圈采用六角形排列的?2.0mm钢丝。翻新方法采用预硫化翻新工艺,硫化罐内硫化,成品翻新轮胎充气尺寸达到设计要求,物理机械性能实测值均达到国家标准要求。

Abstract:The structure design and construction design of all-steel engineering radial retreated tireswere introduced. The structure design is shown as follows: inflatable outer diameter: 1750 mm, outer di-ameter: 1738 mm, inflated tire outer diameter expansion rate: 1.007, inflatable section width: 686 mm,section width: 673 mm, running surface width: 565 mm, section width expansion rate: 1.019, cross sec-tion height: 551.5 mm, running surface height: 27 mm, diameter at rim bead seat: 635 mm, well width:564 mm, section horizontal shaft position: 1.20, thickness of the pre vulcanized tread slab base: 40 mm,tread groove depth: 40 mm, pattern saturation: 65%, cushion rubber thickness: 2 mm. The constructiondesign is shown as follows: the first to fourth belted layers are made of 3 +8×0.38 HT steel cord threads,the 5th layer was composed of 1×5 ×0.38 HI steel cord threads, the matrix layer is provided with single-layer 0.20+18×0.18 HT full steel cord fabric structure. The steel coil is made of ? 2.0 mm steel wires inthe hexagonal arrangement. The pre-vulcanization renovation process is adopted as renovation method,the tire can be vulcanized in the vulcanization tank, the inflation size of finished retreaded tire can meetthe design requirements, the measured values of physical and mechanical properties are up to the na-tional standard requirements.
