| 摘 要： | 将FD三效催化剂与国外现有的商品催化剂进行了比较,结果表明FD催化剂具有良好的初活性和优异的高温耐老化性能。介绍了FD三效催化剂在江淮瑞风商务车HFC6470AH上的欧Ⅲ排放匹配试验情况,分析了净化器的起燃时间特性和排放温度特性。试验结果表明采用紧耦合加主净化器能够达到欧Ⅳ(Ⅰ型)排放限值,采用主净化器能够达到欧Ⅲ(Ⅰ型)排放限值。

| Abstract: | The comparison of FD catalyst with the oversea commercial catalysts shows that FD catalyst has good initial activity and excellent thermal aging resistance.The emission matching tests of FD three-way catalyst with Jianghuai Refine business vehicle HFC6470AH for meeting Euro-III emission regulation are carried out.The light-off time and emission temperature characteristics of FD catalyst are analyzed.The results show that adopting an underfloor converter alone with FD catalyst can meet the emission regulation of EURO-III(I) while adding a close-coupled converter besides the under-floor converter can meet the emission regulation of EURO-IV(I). |
