| 摘 要： | 阐述了产品数据管理(PDM)在产品开发中的应用,展示了PDM与产品开发的关系,揭示了PDM在产品开发中的作用以及实施过程中的技术要点、遇到的问题和对应的解决思路。为使PDM在产品开发中真正发挥作用,采用了高层领导严格控制、IT人员密切配合、业务专家严格把关及设计人员充分参与的方法。实践证明,这种方法在实施过程中能不断发现问题和解决问题,进而提高了产品开发与设计的效率,缩短了产品上市时间。

| Abstract: | This paper describes PDM application in the product development, shows the relation between PDM and the product development and explains the key technology, existing problems and how to solve them. The aim is to make PDM play an important role in the product development, we adopt several steps to implement, including PDM implementation under control by the high rank leaders, active participation of IT and design technicians and examination by the experts. The facts proved that adopting these steps to implement can find out and solve the existing problems, therefore improving efficiency of product development and design and shortening the launch time is accomplished |
