无核密度仪在沥青面层压实度检测中的应用

运用国外先进检测设备无核密度仪（PQI），并与传统的水中重法进行对比试验，总结了PQI在沥青面层施工压实度检测中的精度，研究了其用于沥青路面的适用性、使用方法、可靠性并控制测量误差。为有效应用于全国各等级公路沥青面层现场压实度检测提供依据。分析表明，PQI在均匀的沥青路面上的测试精度比在表面层存在大粗骨料的路面要高很多。PQI必须针对不同的测试区域以及不同的测试情况进行相应的标定，使测量误差能够控制在2％以内。因此，PQI可以用于沥青面层施工中密度（压实度）的实时、快速无损检测，对保证工程进度、确保施工质量具有重要意义，应用前景良好。

Application of Pavement Quality Indicator in Compaction Detecting

Based on the results from the investigation and research of some experimental highway with PQI, the results from the examination of asphlt pavement compaction are summarized. The suitability, using method, reliability and measuring error control for asphalt pavement are studied.The result demonstrates that the precision in well-proportioned asphalt pavement is better than that in the pavement which surface is full of coarse aggregation. PQI must be demarcated in different structure pavements and areas so as to keep the error under 2% .Therefore, PQI can be. used to measure the density in the construction of asphalt pavement surface layer and ensure the construction schedule and keep good foreground of control process.
