城市轨道交通与沿线房地产开发的互动效应

摘    要:城市轨道交通的建设,使沿线的房地产开发得到有力推动。另一方面,由于轨道交通沿线房地产的高度密集,来往客流相当丰富,也为轨道交通的运营提供了有力保障。以广州市轨道交通沿线房地产的实例进行分析,阐述城市轨道交通与沿线房地产开发之间的互动效应。

Abstract:In recent years,Guangzhou urban mass transit deve-(lopment) is very fast,which is strongly pushed by the real estate development,including variety of transaction floor,merchandise building,large shopping center...etc.Because UMT is of the line running along the highly intensive real estate,the passenger flows are very hight,which in fura gives the UMT operation a powerful guarantee.This paper analysos Guangzhou UMT and the real estate along lines.discusses the interactive effect of the real estate development and UMT.
