摘 要: | 文章介绍了随着铝合金等材料技术的发展,车体结构与焊接技术取得的新进展。具体阐述了车体结构从外板与骨架构成的单壳车体结构,向用空心挤压型材制成的全外壳车体结构发展的过程,以及接合技术从MIG点焊发展到摩擦搅拌焊的过程。

Abstract: | With the development of aluminum alloys, progress has been made in railcar body structure and welding techniques. The paper presents the transition from traditional single shell car body structure composed of external plate and frame to complete external shell car body consisting of hollow aluminum extrusions, and the evolution of welding techniques from MIG spot welding to friction stir welding (FSW). |
