摘    要:对多抗甲素A对J774巨噬细胞活性的调节作用作了观察研究。细胞与多抗甲素A共同孵育,加酵母多糖作激发剂,在自动微量荧光分析仪下进行分析。结果显示多抗甲素能增强该细胞的免疫活性。500mg/L和1000mg/L为最佳浓度,增强效果分别达2.02倍和2.07倍。高于或低于该浓度,增强效果减弱,3000mg/L时,出现抑制效应。

Abstract:The effect of a-polyresistin on a murine macrophage J774 cell line was determined in this study. J774 cells were incubated with a-polyresistin, oxidative burst was triggered by adding zy-mosan suspension, then assayed in an automated microplate fluorometer. The result showed that polyresistin enhanced the macrophage J774 cells' im-muno-activity. 500ug/mL and 1000ug/mL were the best concentration which expressed the highest enhancing effect, attained 2. 02 and 2. 07 folds respectively compared with the control. Increasing or decreasing the concentration lowered the enhancing effect, and the macrophage activity was significantly suppressed in the concentration of 3000ug/mL.
