我国高速公路收费价格管制探析

随着中国公路投资体制的不断改革和投资主体的多元化，收费高速公路规模不断扩大，制定合理、统一、高效的公路收费标准也显得尤为重要。管制机构应充分发挥主导管制作用，改变管制职能单一的现状，使其功能不要仅局限于管制价格，而且要与成本控制结合起来；同时还应加强收费价格监管制度，完善价格听证制度，规范价格听证程序。
