通过对农村公路网基本概念和特点的分析,提出农村公路网规划要紧紧围绕新农村建设的中心任务和总体要求,坚持统筹规划、逐步实施、区别对待、因地制宜、思路清晰、方法实用、安全方便和节约环保等规划原则。探讨了农村公路网规划的基本方法,提出了农村公路网布局规划的基本思路,为新农村建设中农村公路网的规划提供一定的参考意见。
