三角孔堇菁石陶瓷载体摩托车催化剂的研制

摘    要:三角孔堇菁石蜂窝陶瓷载体催化剂采用双层设计概念来提高Pd三效催化剂的性能,其中第一层含Pd,第二层含Pd和CeO2,每层都使用氧化铝为载体并加入碱土金属作稳定剂。Pd层在低温下具有高活性,而Pd-Ce层有很强的储氧能力,从而改善了高温下三效催化剂的活性,使Pd催化剂活性达到了Pt/Rh催化剂的效果。

Abstract:The catalyst adops two-layer design concept to improve the performance of Pd three-way catalyst. The first layer contains Pd and the second layer bears Pd and CeO2, with each layer taking aluminum oxide as substance and adding alkaline-earth metal for the stabilizer. The layer Pd has high activity at low temperature, while the layer Pd-Ce has stronger ability of storing oxides, thus improving the activity of three-way catalyst at high temperature and helping the activity of Pd catalyst gain the effect of Pt/Rh catalyst.
