| 摘 要： | 根据电站日调节泄流特性和非恒定流运动特性,对其对下游航运的影响进行了简要分析。提出了日调节对航深影响距离的估算方法;通航保证率和设计流量的确定原则;航道整治原则和提高航电综合效益、减小航运损失的调度方法。

Influence of Release from Daily Storage Plant on the Downstream Navigation and Its Preventive Measures |

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of release from daily storage plant and unsteady flow,the influence of unsteady flow on the downstream navigation was analyzed.Some proposals are made,such as the method of estimating the distance influenced on channel depth by daily regulation,the principle of determining the navigable guarantee rate and designed discharge,the rule of channel regulation,and the dispatching method of increasing the comprehensivc benefit of generation and navigation and decreasing the losses of navigation. |
