西安地区成人不同型颌面部骨骼结构特征的X线头影测量

目的探讨不同面型颌骨骨骼结构特征及其与型的关系。方法运用X线定位头侧位片，图形数字化仪计算机测量分析系统，对具有双侧远中磨牙关系，前牙深覆深覆盖的凸面型17～25岁男性20名和具有双侧近中磨牙关系，前牙反的凹面型17～25岁男性20名分别与双侧中性磨牙关系的浅覆浅覆盖的直面型17～25岁男性20名的颌骨骨骼结构进行比较。结果面型与型之间存在一定的相关关系和规律性。结论在对患者进行颌位记录和重建时，应结合其颌面部骨骼结构特征，恢复其原有型及面型，以利于患者咀嚼功能的恢复和口颌系统的健康。

Cephalometric study in structure characteristic of different occlusal patterns and jaws of adults in Xi'an

Objective In order to discuss the structure of the jaws and relation with occlusal patterns of different facial patterns. Methods By means of cephalometric and digital analysis system, compares 20 male patients aged 17 to 25 years old with bilateral distal molar relation, labial teeth deep overbite and deep coverage convexity and 20male patients aged 17 to 25 years old with bilateral medial molar teeth relation, labial teeth superficial coverage concavity, with 20 male patients aged 17 to 25 years old with bilateral neutral molar relation, superficial overbite and superfical coverage straight facial pattern. Results There existed relationship and rule between facial pattern and occlusal pattern. Conclusion During the recording of the jaw relation and reconstruction of the occlusion, the doctors must restore the orginal occlusal pattern and facial pattern according to the structure characteristic of the jaws.
