浅谈轻轨工程施工质量控制

本文介绍了现代城市轨道的技术特点以及大连市城市轨道的技术特点 ,着重阐述和介绍了大连城市轨道施工质量控制的内容和措施。并以大连轻轨的技术特点为依据 ,分别从施工监理过程的事前、事中、事后三个阶段 ,探讨了城市轨道工程施工质量控制的措施和方法。根据现代城市轨道工程兼具多种专业、采用新技术多、施工场地受城市环境和交通控制、专业施工单位多的特点 ,叙述了对总监理工程师和专业监理工程师的资质要求 ,监理机构的组建和质量管理制度的制定 ,对设计文件的组织会审 ,质量控制的具体措施和方法 ,对工程质量的组织验收和质量评定等方面的内容

PRELIMINARY TALKING ABOUT CONSTRUCTION QUALITY CONTROL FOR URBAN RAILWAY

This paper introduces the technology characters of the modern urban railway and the urban railway of Dalian city.And put great emphasis on introducing the contents and measures of the construction process of the urban railway of Dalian city.Based on the technology character of urban railway of Dalian city,the measures and methords of urban railway's quantity supervision and control are studied respectively from the three stages:before the event,inside and after the event.According to the characters of modern urban railway such as including many construction units,many majors,the adoption of many sports of new technique and the construction field enfluenced by city's environment and transportation controlling, this paper describes the request for the qualifications of general and special registed engineers,the establishment of supervision organization,setting quality management system,conducting design document and the checking and assessing of the engineering,etc.
