| 摘 要： | 城市轨道交通建设对城市土地的使用性质、开发强度等用地特征产生深远影响,通过对轨道交通影响下的城市用地特征进行分析,并根据城市土地使用控制要求,探讨以轨道交通建设为先导的联合开发策略,为优化城市布局、提高城市土地资源利用效率、促进城市空间结构的可持续发展提出新的思路.
