| 摘 要： | 青年教师的培养和发展始终是高等学校师资队伍建设的关键环节。近年来,西部地方高校由于受多种因素的影响,青年教师的培养模式单一、培养机制不够健全、培养体系不够完整,严重制约了西部地方高校的发展。本文通过对西部地方高校青年教师现行基本培养模式的深入分析,提出了构建青年教师培养模式的新思路,这对西部地方高校加强青年教师培养和提高具有一定的启示。
