| 摘 要： | 技术创新生态化,是遏制生态危机、建设生态文明的必然要求,也是实现经济增长方式转变和可持续发展的重要途径.由于我国存在生态观念缺失、市场失灵、主体动力不足、政策不到位、法律不健全等问题,阻碍着技术创新生态化,为此,应该从转变观念为着力点,并从完善制度和法律体系的等方面为推动技术创新生态化提供支持和保障.
