| 摘 要： | 根据2006年甘肃省货运场站的资金、人员投入与吞吐量产出的统计数据,利用DEA方法中的C2R模型计算省内7个地区投入产出比的相对有效性、规模效益特性以及投入量的调整方案,综合评价不同地区货运场站资源的配置效果.结果显示,天水地区在实际年换算吞吐量和设计年换算吞吐量作为产出指标的2种情况下都是DEA有效的,而其他地区要达到这一效果,需要按照评价结果对投入指标进行改进.

| Abstract: | According to the input data of investments,the number of employees and the output data throughput,C2R model of data envelopment analysis（DEA） is applied to figure out the relative effectiveness,scale profit and adjustment scheme of station resource allocation among seven areas of Gansu Province.The result reveals that Tianshui Prefecture is of effective allocation,whether the output data is regarded as actual annual equivalent throughput or design annual equivalent throughput.On the other hand,in order to meet the DEA effectiveness,some input values of other areas need to be improved in terms of the calculated adjustment scheme. |
