基于排队论的应急物资装载模型研究

摘    要:车辆装运应急物资因其耗时较大,在应急物流中是较为重要的环节.本文利用排队论GI/M/1模型,推导了应急救灾车辆的平均等待时间和平均等待队长的表达式.同时,运用Extendsim软件进行了仿真,将得出的数据与理论计算的结果进行了比较,分析了理论计算与仿真之间的误差,为实际应急物流活动中应急物资运送时,决策者考虑是否应增减物资装载服务台和增减应急救灾车辆提供了有效的依据.

Abstract:The shipment of relief materials was an important link in emergency logistics because of its relatively time-consuming.The expression of average vehicle waiting time and average queue length were obtained by GI/M/1 model.The data was compared to theoretical calculation results and then the error between them was analyzed after applying Extendsim software simulation.In the applications of emergency logistics,the decision makers could consider whether to increase or decrease service desk or vehicles according to the conclusion.
